You are responsible for:

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Being responsible for all activities under your account
• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others

• Credit Information Verification
• Identity Verification Services (Aadhaar, PAN, Mobile)
• Report Viewing and Download Functionality
• Wallet-based Payment System

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to hack, breach, or gain unauthorized access
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or threaten others
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Access data of other users without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

6. Payment and Wallet Terms

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other methods
• Payment information is encrypted and securely stored
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

Wallet Balance:

• Wallet balance is used to debit for each service request
• Debit amounts vary based on the response code from CREDIT APIs
• Wallet balance is account-specific and non-transferable
• Wallet cannot be refunded once debited, except for service failures

7. Report Accuracy and Disclaimer

Report Sources: Our reports are generated from official CREDIT APIs and are accurate as per the source data at the time of generation.

No Warranty: We provide reports "as-is" without any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for errors in source data provided by CREDIT.

Use at Your Own Risk: You use all services at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the reports generated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party claims or actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, and functionality of our platform are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our explicit permission.
